Steel Structure Welding Deformation About Motorized Transfer Flatcar by Flame Correction

 KPJ-30 is to transfer heavy load  and widely used
 in metallurgy, coal, mining industry. ect. Its load
 capacity is 30t and it moves on the rail.
 
At present, the steel structure of motorized transfer 
trolley has been widely applied in the plant building. 
And the primary member of steel structural plants is
welding H-type steel stem, girder and support. There
exists a problem of welding deformation during the 
manufacturing operation of these members. If the
welding deformation doesn't correct, it doesn't only 
have an effect on the integral installation but also
reduce the safety reliability of this installation. 

If the deformation in the process of welding steel 
structure about motorized transfer cart is between 
the permitted deformation range, we should try to 
correct them tomake these according with the quality 
requirement of products. It has been found that most 
distorted members can be corrected. To make a new 
deformation achieves the goal of cancelling the 
previous deformation, which is the so-called antidote.

 Welding deformation usually applies the following
 three flame corrections: (1) Line Heating; (2) Pointlike
 Heating; (3) Triangle Heating.
